Received a report of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of 18th St. Case under investigation. April 22:
Arrest: Iskiel Hallucky, age 36, 2511 Perry Park Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while under the influence 2nd offense and open container.
April 23:
Arrest: Kayla Ann Jorgensen, age 35, 1918 NW 15th St., Clive was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree, and theft 2nd.
Arrest: Johnathan Robert Wells, age 23, 1307 Carrie Ave., Des Moines, was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
