Kyle Gregory, age 27, 2558 NE 72nd St, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Violation Of Probation.
Kevin Cooper, age 41, 4211 E Ovid, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation Terms.
Mikell Fletcher, Perry, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 141 when she swerved to avoid a car in front of her that had slammed on it’s brakes. She went into the ditch and hit a culvert. Ms. Fletcher was transported to Dallas Co Hospital by EMS for evaluation of minor injuries. Damage to Ms. Fletcher’s vehicle was estimated at $10000. It was towed from the scene.
April 22
Sean O’Boyle, age 32, 2539 E. 23rd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Parole.
Joshua Button, West Des Moines, was attempting to cross Hwy 169 in De Soto at Willow St, when he collided with a vehicle driven by Amy Shattuck, De Soto. Ms. Shattuck was attempting to turn onto Hwy 169 from Spruce Street, when the collision occurred. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $3000 each. No injuries were reported and each vehicle was driven from the scene.
April 23
Jasmine Atkins, age 24, 612 Locust St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Theft 3rd Degree and Violation Of Probation.
Jerad Thomas, age 25, 1212 N. Washington Ave, Roswell, NM, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. He was also cited for Speeding and No Valid Driver’s License.
Emily Nizzi, Perry, was driving in the 28000 block of El Paso Ave, when she struck a raccoon. Damage was estimated at $2000. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was driven from the scene.

Randy Wolf, age 65, 23224 Raccoon Road, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
