Memorial services for life-long Jefferson resident Steve McCoy, age 73, will be held at 10:30am Monday, April 24, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Jefferson, IA.  Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

A Knights of Columbus Rosary will be held at 4:30pm Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson, Iowa.  The family will be present at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home to greet friends from 5:00pm to 7:30pm Sunday.

Survivors include Steve’s wife, Karen McCoy of Jefferson, IA; sons:  Jeff (Jen) McCoy of Hastings, MN and Todd (Katherine Bryant) McCoy of St. Paul, MN; granddaughters: Taylor and Sienna McCoy; sisters: Teresa (Roger) Chesler and Margaret (Tim Collogan) McCoy, all of Jefferson, IA; brothers: Tim McCoy of Jefferson, IA, Msgr. Kevin McCoy of Fort Dodge, IA; and Chris (Lana) McCoy of Grand Island, NE;  nephews and nieces; other relatives and many, many friends.
