The Dallas County Foundation recently announced the many local projects they will fund for 2023.

The foundation awarded a total of $169,392 to 25 projects.The major funding recipients in the local area for this year’s grant cycle included $20,000 going to the Perry Rotary Club Foundation’s inclusive park, $6,395 went to the Minburn Area Fire Station expansion and Friends of the Adel Public Library received $5,689 for a youth programming room.

The Dallas County Foundation awarded $117,392, along with the continued financial contribution from  Grow Greene County Gaming Corporation of $52,000. For a full list of where grant money went and for how much you can go here.
