Dallas Center-Grimes girls golf traveled to West Des Moines to play at the Lamson Invite on Monday.

Out of 16 teams, the Mustangs finished 13th with a team score of 429. Senior Laura Klaessy shot a score of 98 which was the top score on the team and ranked 31st in the tournament. The second best score on the team went to senior Lydia Eligh, who shot a score of 101 and Sydney Miller followed with a 110.

There is still plenty of golf left on DCG’s schedule when they take on Norwalk and Pella today in Grimes at  Beaver Creek Golf Course. The action will get underway at 4:15pm.
