A non-profit organization will host a concert for the public to enjoy. 

The Perry Fine Arts will host the Greater Des Moines Community Band at 2pm tomorrow at the Perry Performing Arts Center.The ensemble relies on up to 80 or more volunteers  The concert will be called “Celebrating and Connecting Thru Music,”  and they will perform classical music.

The Greater Des Moines Community Band will also have a familiar guest performer that includes former Perry High school Band Director Steve Cook. The event is free and open to the public with no ticket necessary but Perry Fine Arts will ask for a free will donation.
