A reminder that today is the final day of the Spring Used Book Sale at the Jefferson Public Library.

The Friends of the Jefferson Library fundraiser has been going on since this past Thursday and they offer books, as well as DVDs, puzzles, CDs for purchase in the basement of the library, as well as art prints available, which can be inquired about in the adult department. Jefferson Matters: A Main Street and Chamber Community Executive Director Matt Wetrich invites everyone to stop by the book sale today.

“It’s a great fundraising opportunity for the library and another fun opportunity for you to add books to your shelf as well, get a steal on books. The point of these book sales is they cycle new ones in all the time. So they are getting new titles all the time and part of that is making room for those and this book sale is great, just like a big garage sale, it helps get rid of stuff out of your house but also a little money on the side as well.”

This is a free admission fundraiser for the Friends of the Jefferson Library for additional purchases for the library to use.
