ADM girls varsity track team had a pretty good day on the track & field in Pella on Tuesday April 1th. Heres how the dash and meter runs went on the day: Sophomore Calli Seehase placed 2nd while Sophomore Josie Dufoe placed 3rd and Anniston Tollari placed 6th in the 100 meter dash. Sophomore Josie Dufoe placed 1st and Sophomore Calli Seehase placed 2nd and Sophomore Anniston Tollari placed 3rd in the 200 meter dash. Freshman Brecken Morse placed 4th and Junior Madison Siefken placed 9th in the 400 meter dash. Sophomore Mackealin Sutton placed 3rd, Freshman Haley James placed 6th and Freshman Ella Popp placed 9th in the 800 meter run. Freshman Alaina Nelson placed 5th and Junior Paige Mattes placed 6th in the 1500 meter run. Freshman Haley James placed 3rd, Freshman Rhyan Miller placed 6th and Sophomore Evelyn Horgen placed 7th in the 3,000 meter run. Freshman Elise Coghlan placed 5th, Senior Lauren Case placed 8th and Senior Brianna Young placed 10th in the 100 meter hurdles. Sophomore Madi James placed 2nd, Freshman Elise Coghlan placed 3rd and Freshman Haley Nelson placed 6th in the 400 meter hurdles.

ADM girls had many top 10 finishes in the relay and medley runs on the day. Here are them results. ADM girls had one team finish in first place of the 4×100 meter relay and also a team place first in the 4×200 meter relay. ADM girls had one team finish 2nd in the 4×400 meter relay. ADM girls had one team with a first place finish in the 4×800 meter relay. ADM girls had two teams finished 3rd and 5th in the 800 sprint medley. ADM girls had one team finish in the 3rd place of the distance medley. ADM girls had one team finish in 3rd place of the 4×100 meter hurdles.

 

ADM had many girls in the top 10 in the field events on the day. Here are those results. Sophomore London Warmuth got a first place finish while Freshman Madelyn Roundcount finished 7th in the high jump. Junior MaKayla Crannell got a first place finish while Freshman Lauryn Troster placed 7th in the long jump. Sophomore Kennedy Stanford placed 2nd, Senior Nicole Storck placed 3rd and Freshman Lauren Hagedorn placed 4th in the shot put. Freshman Lauren Hagedorn got a first place finish while Addison Banse placed 2nd and Senior Nicole Storck placed 3rd in the discus throw.

The ADM girls finished in first placed with 193 points, while Pella was right behind them in second place with 157 points on the day. The next ADM girls varsity meet will be Monday April 17th in Coed invitational in Jefferson. That meet will get underway at 4:30 PM.
