Unit 2 gray 2010 Nissan Altima registered to Rafael Avila Hernandez, 1820 Southgate Drive, Perry, driven by Rafael Cerna Avila Jr, 1820 Southgate Drive, Perry.
Unit 1 collided with unit 2 while heading eastbound on Highway 141 near 8th St. Unit 1 was following too closely and failed to observe unit 2 was turning right onto 8th Street. Stephanie tried to steer right to avoid a collision but collided with unit 2 right rear bumper. Both vehicles were drivable. Unknown total damages at time of this report.
Received a report of harassment in the 700 block of 26th St. Unable to locate the other half of the incident. Case under investigation.
