The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
The Board will hear an update from Guthrie County Engineer Josh Sebern, going over the fiscal year 2024 five year county construction plan, Iowa Department of Transportation Secondary Road Department Budget, consider a resolution in support of Local Option Sales and Services Tax (LOSST), and a grounds mowing contract.
They will also consider for approval a proposal from Motorola on dispatch consoles, and hold a 10am public hearing pertaining to the fiscal year 2023-24 county budget, then consider adopting the budget. The Board will then consider for approval an appropriations resolution for the fiscal year 2023-24 budget before discussing possibly moving Board meetings to Thursdays.
