A Moorland man was arrested for allegedly possessing drugs in Greene County.

According to court documents, a Greene County Deputy conducted a traffic stop at 11:05am on Wednesday at 210th Street and Highway 4. The deputy had an active search warrant for the vehicle that was pulled over, as well as to search the owner of the vehicle, 63-year-old Troy Harbacheck.

During the search, the deputy found several drug-related items, including suspected marijuana and methamphetamine. Harbacheck was arrested and charged with a Class D Felony for a controlled substance violation, a serious misdemeanor for his first offense for possession of methamphetamine, and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Harbacheck was booked into the Greene County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
