9:56am: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 300 block of 310th Street.

10:10am: A deputy and Jefferson Fire responded to a vehicle fire in the 1900 block of J Avenue. The truck was being torn apart for scrap and caught fire. There was no other damage.

4:14pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on U Avenue near Rippey.

5:05pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of South 7th Street, Grand Junction.

6:54pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 1100 block of Eaton Avenue.

9:17pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 140th Street near J Avenue. Paul Russell 43 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
