The Panora Chamber has had a fairly quiet month in terms of events, but has been working on future events as well.

Chamber Coordinator, April Imming says that they have been planning their Easter Egg Hunt which will be April 8th starting at 10am for those 11 and younger, and that they decided to try something new this year for a future event as well.

“We’re also kind of doing a kickoff to Panorama Days. We got our first kind of a steering committee on March 14th. And with that we’ve decided to ask basically the community if they’d like to submit a logo for Panorama Days to be used with our theme this year. It’s ‘Sweet Home Panorama.’”

Imming tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the individual who wins the contest will receive $100 in Panora Chamber Bucks, and their logo will be used in all things related to Panorama Days. She adds that Panorama Days this year will be August 4th through the 6th, and that planning for the big event has helped to keep members busy.
