The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday.
The Board approved public hearings set for 9 am on April 4th at the Supervisors Building to discuss and possibly take action on the vacation of excess right-of-way on Panther Creek Road in Adel and a vacation of an unnamed road south of the South Raccoon River and Northwest of Maple Ridge Road. The Board then approved the dust control policy and vendor permits for the businesses of Heffron Services and Jerico Dust Control.
They also approved to open up the bid letting for a demolition and asbestos abatement packages for the four properties 818 Court Street, 118 Nile Kinnick, 120 Nile Kinnick and 201 Nile Kinnick in Adel. Those four properties will be demolished to build the new administration building on the square.
