March 14:
Officers responded to the 1200 block of 2nd St on a report of fraudulent checks. Case under investigation.
Arrest: Alex Kyle Hanson, age 56, 2620 McKinley, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
March 15:
Officers took report of an assault that occurred in the 2100 block of Lucinda. Case under investigation.
March 16:
Arrest: Norman Patrick Magaro, age 69, 222 325th St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant for failure to appear, original charge theft 5th degree
Arrest: Devlin Chinchilla Gonzalez, age 21, 2100 E Virginia Ave, Des Moines, IA was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
March 17:
Arrest: Naomi Hernandez Trujillo, age 19, 1809 Estella was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense
(marijuana).
