The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in session Thursday.

Before the agenda was approved, there were some amendments to the minutes from the previous meeting. Supervisor Mike Dickson asked that “Guthrie County Handbook” be changed to “Guthrie County Employee Handbook” and that for the national opioid settlement the companies in the settlement be listed out as well. The agenda was then approved, and the Board tabled discussion on the county credit card policy until March 23rd.

In other business, Supervisor Chair Brian Johnson discussed adding quarterly department head meetings, and was going to check with all the department heads to see what they thought about the idea. Supervisor Steve Smith said he would get in touch with the Guthrie Center Mayor and City Council about the counter proposal the Supervisors made for the Grand Street project.
