Arrest: Lance Franklin Shultz, age 39, 1617 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Accident:
Unit 2 black 2014 Kia Rio registered to Sonia maria Delgadillo was legally parked in the 1200 block of Otley. The Vehicle was struck at some point causing $250 in damages to the front of the parked vehicle.
Arrest: Daniel Ramirez, age 39, 2665 Summer Meadows Drive, Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear, original charge, driving while license suspended, denied, or revoked.
Arrest: Miguel Ramirez, age 37, 2665 Summer Meadows Drive, Perry was arrested on a Polk County warrant for failure to appear, original charge of driving while barred, also taken into custody and charged with driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, or revoked. Arrest: Jose Ismael Vasquez Ramirez, age 34, 2617 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with trespass 1st offense and interference with official acts.

Unit 1 gold 2005 Chevy van registered to and driven by Julie Kim Morales, 913 Willis Ave, Perry. Unit 2 red 2013 Dodge Durango registered to Eugene or Kathy McGrath of 2801 1st Ave, Perry. Unit 1 backed into legally parked unit 2 while trying to reenter the roadway. Total estimated damage was $1250.
Arrest: Prey Reh, age 18, 3200 Indianola Ave, Des Moines was arrested on an Ankeny Police Department warrant for attempted murder, burglary 1st degree, criminal gang participation and intimidation with a dangerous weapon injure or provoke fear.
