10:37am: Coleen Newell reported ice came off of the top of a truck she was following on 220th Street, and broke her windshield. The vehicle continued eastbound at Jefferson.

4:30pm: Anthony DeMello reported a careless Driver on 220th, eastbound towards Jefferson. The officer set up in the area with radar. The officer performed a Traffic Stop and issued Carrie Lindman of Carroll a citation for, “Excessive Speed.”

10:48pm: A caller advised of Loud Music in the 100 Block of West Vest Street. The officer advised a subject in the area to turn down the music.

******** An officer has requested Arrest Warrants after completing an investigation the began on 02/26/2023, at 106 West Washington Street. The subject was not scanning all items as they placed them in their cart at the self-checkout. Katelyn Rae Lowmiller, 31 of Jefferson has requested warrants for, “Theft 5th Degree – Simple and Theft 4th Degree – Serious.”
