
A Jefferson man has been arrested for an alleged second sexual abuse case.
According to court documents, an investigation began with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office on April 3, 2021 when it was reported that now 33-year-old Olvin Aguilar-Flores had sexually assaulted a juvenile then under ten years old sometime between 2012 and 2014 while living in Scranton. Court documents show the victim spoke to an interviewer at Blank Children’s Hospital on April 21, 2021.
Aguilar-Flores was charged with a Class B Felony for second degree sex abuse. He was arrested on March 4th and was booked into the Greene County Jail. Court documents show that he posted a $25,000 bond and was released from jail and a no contact order has been put in place with the victim.
Aguilar-Flores already faces several felonies from another case where he is accused of sexually abusing two minors and is charged with two Class B Felonies for continuous sexual abuse of a child, a Class C Felony for third degree sex abuse, and two aggravated misdemeanors for child endangerment.
