With it being the second weekend in March, there’s another retail promotion with several businesses in the Jefferson area participating.

Jefferson Matters: A Main Street and Chamber Community Executive Director Matt Wetrich tells Raccoon Valley Radio the “Spring Into Jefferson Open Houses” is a chance for people to get some deals and specials on spring decor. Wetrich points out there’s an extra special incentive that people can take advantage of when you visit the participating businesses today.

“So they’re actually going to be giving away what they’re calling the ultimate local spring gift basket. It’s going to have a little bit of something from a variety of folks in town. You just stop into any participating business, get your name in a drawing, and it’s going to be a neat basket full of all sorts of cool stuff.” 

Today is the final day for this retail promotion and it is from 10am-4pm.
