After a successful outing, another event has been scheduled for tomorrow at the Scranton Community Center.

Dawn Rudolph is the organizer for the continuation of the dodgeball event that will be from 6-7:30pm. The first time they held dodgeball was on February 25th where Rudolph says there were about 30 participants.

“Well we had a great turnout and we even had a lot of spectators. So the spectators said they enjoyed it just as much as the kids playing. The kids asked if we could do the event again and I said, ‘Sure why not?’ And so we’re going to do that this Saturday, March 11th.”

Admission is once again $3 per participant or spectator and players must be at least in first grade. Anyone who previously filled out a waiver form at the first event doesn’t need to fill one out again. Additionally, pop, water and gatorade will be available for purchase and all proceeds go to the continuing improvement of the community center.
