Tuesday, February 28th

8:02am: An officer spotted a Wanted Male walking near Pinet and State Streets. The officer arrested Christopher Herbert Lawrence, 42 of Jefferson for outstanding Jefferson Police Arrest warrants for, “Identity Theft 4 th Degree, Theft Against Older Individual, Theft 5th Degree, and Unauthorized Use of Credit Card.”

8:04am: An officer was called to 1000 West Lincoln Way Street for a reported Violation of a No Contact Order. The officer is investigating.

5:34pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Lincoln Way resulted in Kane Borgeson of Ogden being cited for, “Driving While Suspended and Dark Windows.”

8:17pm: Hy Vee reported the Theft of Alcohol from 106 West Washington Street. The officer was provided surveillance footage of the theft. Two suspects have been identified and charges are pending the close of the investigation. (2) $19.99 bottles of alcohol were taken in the event.

11:01pm: A caller advised of a subject inside the business at 1700 North Elm Street. The officer located a cleaning person inside working.
