As week two of practice continues for ADM girls track and field, they are gearing up for what should be an exciting season ahead.

The Tigers will have a fun home schedule that will include three different meets in Adel, with a meet on March 23rd, the always big Hugh Norman Coed Relays on April 4th, and an Invitational on Tuesday, April 25th.

The always big Drake Relays will be happening on Thursday April 27th through Saturday April 29th, conference in Carroll will be happening that next week, and the district meet will be on May 11th with a location that is to be determined. The state meet in Des Moines is scheduled for Thursday May 18th – Saturday May 20th.

Overall the Tigers have 18 different total events they could be competing in, and after a top three finish as a team at state last year, will be hoping to do more of the same this year.

They will be competing next Monday when they are in Cedar Falls for an indoor meet, as they are excited to get the opportunity to compete soon.
