The graduation in May of senior class of boys’ basketball players at Greene County High School will certainly be felt. Jesse Miller, plus brothers Patrick and Richard Daugherty, were starters on the 10-13 Rams. They combined to average nearly two-thirds of the points scored per game for Coach Chris Nelson’s team.

The cupboard isn’t bare, though. Juniors Gabe Ebersole and Brynley Ruzicka were starters this season and both were capable scorers this season, as well as bringing other qualities to the team. In addition, junior Nathan Behne tore ligaments in an early season game and had season ending knee surgery. Assuming he’s fully recovered for next season, he will likely be a valuable addition. Other reserves as well as players moving up from the JV team could be contributors.
