The Dallas County Conservation Board will have a program that gets people up-close and personal with nature to provide a different perspective.

Eye-to-Eye Epiphany will be from 4 to 6pm on Saturday at the Hanging Rock ShelterHouse in Redfield. Outreach Coordinator Sarah Gilchrist says this event will be ran by naturalist Chris Adkins and is proven to cause people to have a life changing epiphany.

“(Adkins) is going to be sharing just different experiences and stories, having conversations about some eye opening experiences that many people have had and in regards to animals. And he’s going to share again. You’ll get a chance to experience Strix, the Barred owl, and then just share your different stories about your animal experiences.”

This program is free but does require attendees to register online.
