Brandon Frey, age 31, 1728 250th St, Shannon City, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Operate Without Interlock.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Stopping On Paved Part Of Highway and Open Container.

Feb. 22

Yesenia Torres, Perry, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 141 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.

Jeffrey Hobbs, age 36, 2801 1st Ave, Perry, was arrested on 5 counts of Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.

Christopher Marble, age 35, 2902 Cottage Grove Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Forgery and Theft 2nd Degree.
