This weekend will start a new event for the Mary J Barnett Memorial Library.
Silver Screen Sundays begins on the 26th at 3pm, with a free to attend showing of “Where the Crawdads Sing.” Individuals living in the Guthrie Center community can come in and socialize for a short time before the movie, and are allowed to bring a covered non-alcoholic beverage. The library will be providing popcorn. The only other Silver Screen Sunday scheduled at this time is for March 26th at 3pm, when the library shows the movie “Elvis.”
