The Adel Public Library is hosting an indoor plant swap at the end of the month.

Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says this will be their first indoor plant swap which will take place from 6:30 to 7:30pm on February 28th at the library. Puck encourages anyone looking to get rid of an indoor plant or wanting to get a new one to come to this event. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio that Dallas County Master Gardeners and Harvey’s Greenhouse will be on hand to help anyone.

“We just want to encourage people to not ignore their indoor plants or if you’re just educating yourself to prepare yourself for the spring time planting this is a great opportunity to talk to experts in the field along with get really good opinions and browse what your local greenhouse has to offer.”

This indoor plant swap is free and open to the public.
