Thursday, February 16th

3:48am: A deputy investigated a violation of a no contact order in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton. Melissa Rysavy 27 of Scranton was arrested for violating a court order.

8:10am: Melissa Rysavy 27 of Scranton was booked into the jail for violating a court order.

10:30am: Shelli Larson 60 of Callender was booked into the jail for fraudulent practice 2nd degree and gambling- avoid setoff.

12:35pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted with an unruly inmate in the jail.

7:40am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 300 block of East State Street, Cooper. Bruce Binkley 61 of Jefferson was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and trespass 1st offense.

2:00pm: Jason Pirie 41 of Callender was booked into the jail for failure to appear fraudulent practice 2nd degree and gambling- avoid setoff.

11:43pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

Friday, February 17th

12:10am: Bruce Binkley 61 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault causing bodily injury and trespass 1st offense.

1:40am: Eddie Simpson II 57 of Jefferson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance marijuana 3rd of subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
