Brian Shannon, age 39, 118 SW Jackson St, Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Serve Previously Ordered Jail Time.

Jeovany Juarez, Perry, was traveling on Hwy 141 at the 138 mile marker, when he drifted onto the shoulder and ended up in the ditch against the guard rails.  No inuries were reported and damage was estimated at $8000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene and Mr. Juarez was issued a citation for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.
