The Dallas County Extension and Outreach Office will hold a food management course with a spanish speaking interpretation included. 

This training course will teach participants in topics that include avoiding contamination and food allergens, cleaning and sanitation, food facilities and equipment, food safety systems and the storage and preparation of food. Participants will be able to elect to receive their textbooks and examinations in Spanish. The event is from 9am until 6pm on March 13th at the extension office in Adel but the registration deadline will be on February 20th.
