7:27am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 195th Street near R Avenue.

2:32pm: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on N Avenue near 210 =th Street.

4:54pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 600 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

4:59pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 300 block of Hill Street, Churdan.

Saturday, February 11th

2:23am: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on N Avenue near 150th Street. Benjamin Windborne 34 of Churdan was arrested for driving while barred.

3:43am: Benjamin Winborne 34 of Churdan was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

4:59am: A deputy attempted to stop a vehicle on Elm Street in Jefferson. The driver fled and a pursuit started. The driver ran out of gas on 195th Street and R Avenue. Austin Fergusen 28 of Farnhamville was arrested for reckless driving, driving while barred, Eluding- owi or participating in a felony 2nd offense. Edwin Ochoa-Melena 30 of Perry was arrested for aiding and abating eluding.

10:45am: Austin Fergusen 28 of Farnhamville was booked into the jail for reckless driving, driving while barred, and eluding- owi or participating in a felony 2nd offense.

1:26pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on U Avenue near 170th Street.

2:00pm: Edwin Ochoa-Melena 30 of Perry was booked into the jail for aiding and abating eluding.

3:59pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on E Avenue near 250th Street.

6:50pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on U Avenue near 170th Street.

9:28pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of South 7th Street, Grand Junction.

10:15pm: Logan Reed 26 of Somers was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

11:54pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity on Fitzpatrick Street in Churdan.

Sunday, February 12th

6:57am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

2:50pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of West Anyer Street, Dana.

4:19pm: A deputy investigated a complaint criminal mischief complaint at the Grand Junction City Park.

6:45pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly patient in the 1000 block of East Lincoln Way, Jefferson.

9:23pm: A deputy found a vehicle in the ditch on N Avenue and 140th Street. The driver Jerry Murphy 61 of Jefferson was arrested for Operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
