The Adel City Council will meet tomorrow. 

The Council will consider for approval the Total Maximum Property Tax Dollars for Fiscal Year 2023-24, preliminary plat and final plat of the River Run Industrial Park, an ordinance regarding trees, a Mayor Board of Commission appointment and a grant agreement with the State Historical Preservation Office for the design guidelines of the Adel Public Square Historic District Project.

They will also set a date for public hearings on the Satellite Center LLC North Water Tower Lease Agreement proposal and for the fiscal year 2023-24 budget. Finally they will discuss the update on the city’s late 2019 hotel feasibility study. The City Council will meet at the Adel City Hall at 6pm on Tuesday.
