They will also hear updates from Public Works Director Jim Henderson on mowing bids, a White Pole Road project, and from Stuart Police Sergeant Katie Guisinger on the “Trees 4 Kids” program with an Iowa Department of Natural Resources grant. The Council will also consider for approval a resolution setting a public hearing on a proposal to enter into a general obligation insurance funding loan agreement and to borrow money for an amount not to exceed $150,000.
