8:27am: A deputy responded to the 900 blk of A Avenue for a complaint of an injured deer.

12:40pm: A deputy assisted the Grand Junction Light plant in the 1000 blk of Railroad Street East in Grand Junction.

2:16pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 1300 blk of 220th Street.

2:36pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 2100 blk of 220th Street.

4:24pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 500 blk of N Avenue.

4:47pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 600 blk of 220th Street.

6:06pm: A deputy performed a traffic stop on a green 2004 Toyota Sienna. The driver Nevaeh Burnett (21) was cited for not having a valid driver’s license.

7:28pm: A deputy was advised of an injured deer in the 2000 blk of R Avenue.

Thursday, February 9th

7:20am: A deputy was advised of a car in the ditch in the 400 blk of 330th Street. The driver Julie Nielson of Coon Rapids was traveling east on 330th Street when she struck a patch of ice and went into the ditch. There was no damage to her vehicle.

7:20am: A deputy was advised of a car in the ditch in the 400 blk of 330th Street. The driver William Shull of Clarinda was traveling east on 330th Street in his 2016 Ford Fusion when he struck a patch of ice. William’s vehicle had minor front end damage, estimated $1,500.

10:17am: A deputy transported an inmate to the doctor’s office.

10:51am: A deputy was advised of a dog bite in the 700 blk of Sand Street in Churdan.

12:48pm: A deputy did a welfare check on a male walking in the 300 blk of 220th Street.

3:49pm: A deputy received a call about a property exchange in the 200 blk of South Chestnut Street in Jefferson.

4:56pm: A deputy performed a welfare check on a female in the 300 blk of 1st Street in Grand Junction.

6:11pm: A deputy was advised of a careless driver in the 1300 blk of 220th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
