Another suspect has been arrested for an alleged January incident at Wild Rose Casino in Jefferson.

An Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation agent that was assigned to the casino reviewed the surveillance video, and Miller actually won the jackpot. However, Miller said she didn’t have her identification on her. When Miller returned the next day with her identification and it was run through the Iowa Department of Administrative Services Offset Program, she owed the state of Iowa over $1,310. The jackpot winnings were applied to her debts with the program.

Miller was charged with a Class D Felony for gambling-avoid setoff and an aggravated misdemeanor for third degree fraudulent practice. She was arrested Monday and was booked into the Greene County Jail. Baxter was arrested last week under the same charges. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
