Thursday, February 2nd
7:30am: A deputy investigated a complaint about livestock being neglected in the 1600 block of E Avenue. The deputy responded and checked the welfare of the animals. It was determined the livestock was healthy.
11:55am: A deputy investigated a complaint of multiple dogs inside of a residence in the 600 blk of 15th Street South, Grand Junction.
1:13pm: A deputy responded to the 900 blk of 277th Street for a trespassing complaint.
4:15pm: A deputy was advised of a single vehicle accident in the 1100 blk of 237th Street. The driver Tanya Jackson (54) of Scranton was traveling westbound on 237th Street and lost control. Tanya was operating a Gray 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. The vehicle had minor damage.
5:13pm: A deputy was advised of a dog on the roadway in the 1200 blk of N Avenue. The deputy responded to the area and was unable to locate the dog.
5:23pm: A deputy was advised of a possible intoxicated driver between Jefferson and Grand Junction. The deputy checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
5:29pm: A deputy was advised of a welfare check in the 800 blk of Sand Street in Churdan.
5:46pm: A deputy transported an inmate from Carroll County Jail back to the Greene County Jail.
7:22pm: Jessica Baxter (36) of Carroll was booked into the Greene County Jail on warrants for gambling- avoid setoff and fraudulent practice 3rd degree.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
