Juan Partida, age 27, 814 8th St, Boone, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jan. 29

A minor driver and passenger were driving on Hwy 141 at Quinlan Ave when the minor driver hit a deer and went into the ditch, rolling the vehicle.  Both the driver and passenger were taken to Dallas Co Hospital, to be checked out.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $15000.

Jan. 30

Trent Bagwell, Mount Pleasant, was traveling on N Ave at 330th Lane, when the trailer he was pulling caught the edge of the road and detached from the truck.  The trailer then hit a stop sign at the intersection and went into the ditch.  Damage was estimated at $1500.  The trailer was pulled out of the ditch by a tow truck.
