Paton-Churdan lost a Rolling Valley Activities Conference girls’ basketball game on Friday night to Coon Rapids-Bayard in Coon Rapids by a 47-26 score. Becca Anderson had 12 points for the Rockets and Emma Stream added 10. P-C went 0-4 this week in games and is still looking for win number one on the season.

The P-C boys are hoping to be healthy enough next week to resume playing. They did not play Thursday night in Dunlap vs. Boyer Valley or last night at CR-B. Coach Greg Jacobs telling Raccoon Valley Radio they had too many injuries, reducing the number of players to below five, the minimum number needed to start a game.
