A reminder for Greene County veterans of some free entertainment happening tomorrow.

Greene County Veterans Affairs Director Michael Bierl invites veterans to the Sierra Community Theatre tomorrow for a free showing of the movie, “Devotion.” Veterans and a guest can watch the movie for free and enjoy a free small popcorn and small drink. Funding for this event is provided by the State of Iowa Veteran Outreach Grant Allocation. 

Following the movie, veterans will hear about some benefits, particularly what was included in the newly passed Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act. Bierl asks veterans who attend to make sure to sign in at the first table inside the main entrance to the theater.
