9:11am: A deputy, the Sheriff, Greene County Ambulance, and Scranton fire responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on 220th Street and F Avenue. Joseph Ure 68 of Grand Junction lost control of a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and rolled the vehicle once in the North ditch. The estimated damage to the vehicle was 8,000 dollars. Nobody was injured in the accident.
9:28am: The Sheriff assisted a motorist on 220th Street near J Avenue.
11:41am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near E Avenue.
1:24pm: A deputy investigated a 911 open call on 215th Street near U Avenue.
2:18pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Main Street, Grand Junction.
8:02pm: A deputy, the Sheriff, and an Iowa State Trooper assisted with a semi that went into the ditch on U Avenue near 170th Street.
9:07pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 240th Street and V Avenue.
Tuesday, January 10th
7:12am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 2400 block of 337th Street.
2:39pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 1900 J Avenue.
6:20pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 700 block South 11th Street, Grand Junction.
9:34pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.
Wednesday, January 11th
12:14am: A deputy assisted with a medical call on N Avenue near 185th Street.
8:00am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway in the 1000 block of 220th Street.
3:07pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 200 block of North 13th Street, Grand Junction.
6:35pm: A deputy conducted tobacco compliance checks around the county. Hy-Vee Grocery store was found to be non-compliant.
7:03pm: a deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Y Avenue.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
