The Panorama School Board met on Monday in regular session.
The Board heard from both the secondary and elementary principals on some small changes introduced to student handbooks. Superintendent Shawn Holloway mentioned some potential summer projects to the Board, including a renovation of the softball and baseball complexes. Additions and replacements for the baseball field were originally planned to be finished in 2024, but Holloway proposed to bump that timeline up to be done this summer. No action was taken as Holloway is waiting for more information to share with the Board.
The Board then approved recommendations and resignations, an overnight stay for three choir students at Wartburg College, the District Audit report and Superintendent sharing agreement. They also approved applying for funding for the At-Risk/Dropout Prevention Program for $238,291, and extended the contract with Donovan Group, which helps the district with social media posts and videos.
