The Dallas Center-Grimes Wrestling team got 2023 started with a dual meet Thursday.

The Mustangs headed to Carlisle to face off against ADM, Carlisle and Valley. DCG defeated ADM by a score of 59 to 12 the Mustangs collected four falls and four forfeits. Next Dallas Center-Grimes lost to Carlisle 47 to 21 with only one fall and one decision. Finally, the Mustangs lost to Valley 46 to 21.

Saturday, DCG will compete in the  Jerry Eckenrod Tournament starting at 8am at Benton Community School.
