Timithy Parks, age 33, 27720 Sportsmans Club Road, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Jacob McLaughlin, Ankeny, was driving on Hwy 141 near Quilan Ave when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was privately towed.

Keith Walston, Stuart, was driving in the 24800 block of N Ave, when Sunshine Scott, Johnston, attempted to pass Mr. Walston.  Ms. Scott lost control of her vehicle causing a collision with Mr. Walston.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Walston vehicle was estimated at $1000.  Damage to Ms. Scott’s vehicle was estimated at $1000.  Ms. Scott was issued a citation for Failure To Maintain Control.

Zachary Smith, age 36, 309 E. 3rd St, Dawson, was arrested for Obstruction Of Emergency Communications, Criminal Mischief, Harassment – 1st Degree, Domestic Abuse and Interference With Official Acts.
