The Perry Public Library is offering an activity for residents from all ages to participate at home.
The library has opened up their grab and go craft for adults and kids. Youth Services Librarian Laura Pieper says these grab and go crafts are for anyone looking for a creative project to enjoy at their own leisure. She says the kids grab and go craft for the month of January includes a “do-it-yourself” mini flower pot polar bear craft kit.
“But it’s just a little kit that includes the materials and instructions. All you need to supply (yourself) is the glue. This kit’s free courtesy of the library, so you can just come on in while supplies last. And hopefully we’ll keep making these kits for people as long as they keep coming in and getting them.”
The adult craft will feature a “do-it-yourself” button flowers bouquet kit available to be picked up at the Perry Public Library. For more information contact the library at 515-465-3569.
