A Perry man faces multiple charges from an alleged incident that happened last month. 

According to the court documents, 27-year-old Jorge Romero from Perry was arrested and charged with a Class B Felony for first-degree burglary, a Class D Felony for assault while participating in a felony and a simple misdemeanor for fifth-degree criminal mischief that allegedly occurred on December 26th 2022. 

According to the criminal complaint filed by the Perry Police Department ,Romero allegedly entered the victims residence without permission in the 300 block of 7th Street, broke the bathroom door and assaulted the victim before leaving. 

Romero was arrested on January 3rd and was booked into the Dallas County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
