Although Guthrie County Attorney Dana Minteer is new to the community, she’s already been checking in with the entities she’ll be working with in the coming years.

Minteer says she has been able to talk with the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, and has gotten to know some of the deputies, and is working on talking to more people her office will be working with on a regular basis.

“I have met several of the Panora officers, and I have spoken with Chief Reising on quite a few occasions.”

Minteer tells Raccoon Valley Radio that she hasn’t been able to talk a lot with the Stuart Police Department, but she is working on making some time to get to know everyone on the force. She adds that she’s looking forward to becoming familiar with everyone, and working with them to make Guthrie County a place people are proud to call home.
