With the recent redistricting that happened in 2021, Greene County is shifting to a new US House Congressional District.

Greene County has been in the Fourth Congressional District since 2002, but with redistricting following the 2020 US Consensus, Greene County is moving into the Third Congressional District. Republican Congressman Randy Feenstra (Hull) will no longer represent Greene County once the new US Congress begins on January 3rd. He talks about his time representing Greene County in the Fourth Congressional District.

“It’s been an honor to serve Greene County in Congress. I’ve heard from so many people in Greene County of giving me ideas, or thoughts, advice, and direction. That’s what it’s all about is that I take that information, and I take it back to Congress, and then we work together.”

With Greene County joining the Third Congressional District, which includes Republican Representative-Elect Zach Nunn who defeated Democrat incumbent Cindy Axne this past general election in November.
