Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers athletics in 2022 was able to find a very special year in multiple sports, and this week, we break down the accomplishments of various programs.

ADM Tigers football was able to put up a tremendous fall campaign in 2022, one that finished with a 10-2 record and a semifinal appearance in 3A. The trip to the dome was the first one for the program since 2011.

The Tigers were able to be the second highest scoring team in their class with a tremendous effort of 46.2 points per game. The Tigers were able to put up 70 offensive touchdowns, which was one of the best in the entire state in that department.

They were able to put up some remarkable numbers, with quarterback Aidan Flora throwing for 19 touchdowns and rushing for 17 more, while putting up 1,773 passing yards and 1,662 rushing yards. Running back Brevin Doll lead the team in rushing touchdowns with 27, and had 1,475 yards on the ground.

The defense had one of the best in the state on the line in Vince Benetti, who was able to lead the team with 12.5 sacks and tackles for loss with 25. Christian Madison was able to lead the team in tackles with 95.

The program was able to find multiple players break records, and become one of the toughest teams in the state on a week in and week out basis.

The Tigers were able to put up a strong performance in their 2022 year, and will be returning a lot of key pieces for the 2023 season, as they will look to put up a strong performance.
