Thursday, December 29th

1:56am: While on patrol an Officer located an unsecured business door in the 1000 block of North Cedar Street. The Officer checked the property and found nothing suspicious.

10:12am: An Officer was requested to check the welfare of a male who lived in the 500 block of North Vine Street. The Officer spoke with the male and he was not in need of assistance.

3:51pm: An Officer performed a traffic stop near the intersection of West Russell Street and South Maple Street. As a result of the traffic stop, Dalton Ostrander of Jefferson was issued a citation for “Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle”

4:59pm: Leo Sheeder of Jefferson reported two dogs running loose near the intersection of  South Walnut Street and West Harrison Street. The Officer patrolled the area and did not locate the dogs.
